Timber Ridge Lodge & Waterpark - Reservation Policy

RESERVATION POLICY

Rooms

Children under 16 stay free in same room with parent or adult, if utilizing existing bedding.

Room rates listed are per room, up to four in a one-bedroom and up to six in a two-bedroom suite using existing bedding. European Plan applies (meals are not included). Rates include four waterpark passes with one-bedroom and four waterpark passes with two-bedroom. All rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Timber Ridge Lodge & Waterpark has a mandatory resort fee of $12.00 per evening, plus 8.5% tax, totaling $13.02 per night of stay.

$12 Resort Fee Includes:

High-speed Internet access
Trolley transportation on resort grounds using our authentic red and green trolley
In-room bottled water, (two per night)
Four arcade tokens per room, per night
Access to the fitness facilities at the Spa & Sport Center, including daily aerobic classes, steam sauna, whirlpool and locker facilities (must be 16 years of age or older)
All local, calling-card and toll-free telephone calls
In-room coffee
Daily newspaper delivered to your guest room
Incoming facsimile messages

All guest rooms at the resort are non-smoking rooms.

Cancellations

Guest room reservations can be canceled up to 72 hours prior to your arrival date without penalty. Within 72 hours, a penalty charge of one nights room and tax are applicable.

Advance Reservations

Advance reservations for guest rooms, dining, golf, tennis, and spa services are strongly recommended.

Dining Reservations can be made in advance of your arrival to ensure seating availability for the time of your choice.

Package Features

Packages do not include alcoholic beverages unless stated. All package components (golf, tennis, spa services and dining) should be reserved at the time of booking to ensure availability at the time of reservation. No refunds will be made for unused package components. Packages do not include resort fee service charge and taxes for all components included in the package.

Special Promotions

Coupons must be mentioned at the time of reservation and turned in upon check-in in order to received the applicable discount.

Taxes

Rooms are subject to 8.5% state and local taxes.
