June 14, 2009 - Donna This is the third time we have stayed at Timber Ridge and we were really pleased with the entire stay. What I really would like to stress is the wonderful surprise that you offered bi-plane rides. That was truly the highlight of our stay. It is most impressive that Grand Geneva has so many things to offer right there on the grounds. My eight year old daughter thought it was awesome and she can't wit to tell her friends.

Novemer 28, 2008 - Darby's Family Gathering Letter There are no words to tell you how much fun our group had. Moments like those are priceless. Our sales manager could not have been more accommodating. All of the things she planned went without a hitch. What a lovely person to work with. You are blessed with a wonderful staff. Our thanks for providing a venue for a time we will all cherish throughout our lives. My mother is 92 1/2 and the youngset was two weeks old...quite a span. October 25, 2008 - Ryan The customer service at Timber Ridge was outstanding. The staff was courteous, friendly and focused on making our stay a wonderful experience (they succeeded)! I greatly appreciate their ability to make decisions autonomously to please customers and exceed customer experience. Your leadership team is to be commended as well for creating an environment where this type of front line decision making is encouraged. October 8, 2008 - Dianne We loved every minute of it and can't wait to come back - what a wonderful concept to have a suit able to accommodate extended families as they enjoy a fantastic acttivity for all ages. I was blown away. I took several brochures for friends and family. I loved how it accommodated all ages. We had 63, 35, 32, 37, 3 1/2 and 21 months, and we all loved everything, even the green tube!
September 24, 2008 - Jeff We had such a wonderful time! We were concerned that our 18 month old might not have a lot to do, but even he had a great time at the waterpark, and the lifeguards were very attentive. We felt very safe! The room was a fabulous value for the money, and we plan to recommend the hotel to all our friends. Thank you! September 17, 2008 - Fred This was by far the best experience our family has had at a resort/hotel. The room and entire hotel was comfortable and clean. The staff and service was impeccable! All that was promised was delivered down to the relatively small details like tokens for the children's game area and ice trays in the freezer. It'a all in the small everyday things. We were/are thrilled and plan to visit again. July 23, 2008 - Bob’s family reunion – letter from Goffstown, NH We had three of the best days I’ve ever known in my life…I’ve traveled the world on business and for pleasure, resting and dining in some of the finest quarters known to man. But I’ve never enjoyed a stay as much as I did this one. Oh sure, the glow might be attributed to the fires of family pride, but there was more to it than that; there was the camaraderie that a stay at Timber Ridge Lodge engenders. When it comes to family outings, I’ve crowned a new king. My heartfelt thanks for making a historic family gathering an occasion I’ll never forget.
