We enjoyed the experience - great facilities. On a side note - my family is very well traveled - we have been from east to west coasts and many places in between and from Florida to Alaska! This was a great "close to home" get-away. Clean, nice hotel rooms, nice staff, good food - all for a very reasonable cost. It was a nice change! We went to Smokey's for lunch and dinner on different days - we also went for cocktails later in the evening. Food was good - no complaints. The staff was outstanding! You can't beat the deal - I have already told 3 families about the facilities and I plan on telling more. Keep up the good work! We plan on visiting again

We did a day tripper special. Great idea. we have lots of teenagers, too costly to book several rooms for weekend. because of the daily room we all were able to rent a pontoon boat for 1/2 day and then enjoy your hotel the rest of the day and also rest, munch and clean up in a nice room. We are a family of 8. Good value. thanx

WE LOVE IT THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OUR 4 YEAR OLD SON HAS AUTISM, SO THE SIZE OF YOUR ONE BEDROOM SUITE IS PERFECT FOR US, NOT TOO CONFINING FOR HIM! HE HAS ROOM TO RUN AROUND AND WE CAN BRING HIS FAVORITE FOODS SINCE YOU HAVE THE FRIDGE, MICROWAVE, SINK, ETC. THE SNACK BAR IS ALSO A HUGE PLUS SINCE WE CAN NOT EAT IN RESTAURANTS WITH OUR SON DUE TO HIS LACK OF PATIENCE WITH WAITING. WE LOVE THE WATERPARK AREA, HOT TUBS, ETC. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND IT TO ALL OF OUR FRIENDS. WE COME TWICE A YEAR FOR TWO NIGHTS AT A TIME! OVERALL, WE ARE VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMERS AND WILL BE BACK IN FEBRUARY!!!!!!!!!!! THANKS TIMBERRIDGE!

Your rooms are fantastic and totally family friendly. We have 4 children - 13, 7, 3 and 1 1/2 and it really met our needs. Your kitchen area far exceeded my expectations, but completely met my family's needs. I really loved your hotel and will gladly stay with you again. thank you.

The slide attendants/life guards were all friendly and polite. The special rate along with the shorter drive was enough to pass on the Dells. Although there aren't as many large slides at Timber Ridge it was nice not waiting in lines! We also prefer the shorter ride home from Timber Ridge vs the Dells.

We wanted to share our experience with you. We had a marvelous couple of days at the lodge with our two little grandsons. From the moment of arrival to the time of our departure, each and every member of your staff was outstanding...front desk, life guards, restaurants, snackshop and housekeeping were simply outstanding. We will certainly return to Timber Ridge Lodge!
